Alexander Bridal was absolutely amazing. When several problems occured on my dress, she was able to fix them all, making the dress very comfy in addition of beautiful. I really recommend them!

Charlotte was kind warm and very caring!
When I picked up my dress from the Wedding Shop I left feeling heartbroken, as the Rish Designer Dress that was supposed to be measured to fit, did not fit me. This left me feeling very anxious and very upset.
I booked an appointment with Charlotte and she talked me through the whole process. I explained that I was trying to lose some more weight, and Charlotte kindly gave me some more time and rescheduled my appointments to suit me.
At my 2nd appointment Charlotte again made me feel at ease taking away any anxiety and assuring me that my dress will fit perfectly.
As I was getting married in the Caribbean I was heartbroken my dog would not be by my side to walk down the beach with me. So On my 3rd and final fitting I brought a portrait of my beloved dog to be sewn on to my dress. This you can see in the photos and is perfect in every way “Thank you Charlotte” .

In addition Charlotte packed my dress up lovely and placed it in my hand luggage and held on to it until the day before we flew out.

My dress originally wasn't the right size (thanks to the bridal shop ordering the wrong one), and I was worried it would require major adjustments. Charlotte was so patient with me as I tried to get into the dress, giving me the time I needed.
