I was probably one of the most particular brides Charlotte has ever worked with, wanting every little detail to be just right. Yet throughout the whole process, she was incredibly patient and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Every question, every change and every little request was met with such kindness and reassurance.

If you are considering reaching out to Charlotte to alter your wedding dress, please note this is the best thing you will ever do. I had an amazing experience - I went in to my first appointment extremely nervous that nothing could be done with the dress I had bought due to it being significantly bigger than my current size, over the course of 3 appointments and a full resize later, I left with the dress of my dreams. Thank you so much for your hard work and expertise, you are extremely talented!

Charlotte at ASB is just incredible! My dress needed to be redesigned to add staps instead of being off shoulder to support my bust. Charlotte was honest at the first appt with what needed to be done, listened to what I wanted and what I was feeling insecure about and pinned everything then and there to show me what it would look like. Picked up my finished dress this morning and couldn't be happier, it's better than I could have imagined!
